Ferrari Ready Compete with Mercedes GP China

SHANGHAI - Scuderia Ferrari team successfully performed brilliantly in the second free practice session at the Chinese Grand Prix on Friday, April 14, 2016 local time. Many of the judge's signal to the Italian factory team to compete with Mercedes.

Pilot Ferrari, Kimi Raikkonen was quickest after posting a time of 1 minute 36 896 seconds. He beat teammate Sebastian Vettel had to settle for second place in free practice.

On the same occasion, the two Mercedes drivers, just finished three and four. As a result, the session Ferrari was able to excel on the Mercedes, then Vettel hopes his jet land can be faster in qualifying later.

"This is just the beginning, but it looks like we might be able to get closer to Mercedes in qualifying," said Vettel as quoting the official F1 website, Saturday (04/16/2016).


Previous Finnish rider fails to start the race at the Bahrain Grand Prix after his car suffered problems before they start to do. Vettel is currently ranked sixth in the standings with 15 points.
